The Olympic Peninsula is bordered on the east by the Hood Canal, on the west by the Pacific Ocean and on the north by Strait of Juan de Fuca. It is home to Olympic National Park and the gateway to Victoria, BC. While the park is the primary attraction, the local communities of Sequim, Port Angeles and Port Townsend, as well as Neah Bay and Forks provide a wealth of cultural experiences, outdoor activities and local events. Major events include the Sequim Lavender Festival, Port Angeles Crab & Seafood Festival, Port Townsend Wooden Boat Festival and Port Townsend’s Rhododendron Festival.
