Marsha Holden has been elected to the Board for the 2016-2018 term. She and her husband, John, moved to Sequim in 2013 from Beatty, Nevada. They have been Keepers previous to their move and wanted to get more involved in the Association. Marsha, a retired Postmaster, has been an Advocate for the National League of Postmasters, a secretary for the Library Board in Beatty and helped form the first chapter of the Ladies Auxiliary for the VFW there. In Sequim, she is a reading tutor for an elementary School and has co-chaired the Merchandising Committee for NDLSA and the Lavender Festival. She and John have also represented the Association in the Irrigation and 4th of July parades. Besides being a new Director, Marsha has generously agreed to Chair both the Merchandise and Festival/Events Committees and the Lavender Festival.
